These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and OJCT Digicom, governing your use of the FASTag recharge services available at https://fastag.ojctdigicom.com
OJCT Digicom provides FASTag recharge services only.
We do not issue FASTags, conduct KYC, or deliver physical tags.
All recharges are processed via the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) in real time.
OJCT Digicom may add additional services from time to time, such as automated recharge notifications or reminders, subject to user opt-in and applicable privacy policies.
OJCT Digicom is a BBPS-enabled platform. Recharges are routed through BBPS to the issuing bank of your FASTag.
BBPS ensures settlement, validation, and refund processing.
BBPS operates under NPCI governance and is regulated by the Reserve Bank of India.
You acknowledge that BBPS or issuing banks may modify validation or refund conditions without prior notice to OJCT Digicom.
You must provide a valid FASTag Wallet ID or vehicle registration number linked to a BBPS-supported bank.
You agree not to enter false or misleading information and are solely responsible for the accuracy of details submitted.
If any legal restriction applies to FASTag recharges for your vehicle type, you agree not to misuse the platform.
Recharge amounts are user-defined, subject to bank-defined minimum and maximum limits.
Any applicable convenience fees (if charged) will be disclosed before payment.
By proceeding, you authorize OJCT Digicom to debit the payable amount through your selected payment method.
You agree to bear any additional fees imposed by your card issuer, wallet provider, or bank.
Payments once submitted are irrevocable except in cases of processing failures.
Recharges are generally non-refundable unless the transaction fails or is declined by BBPS or the issuing bank.
Reversals for failed transactions are processed by BBPS and credited to your original payment method.
Refund timelines follow BBPS and bank rules, typically 3–7 business days.
In cases of extended delay, OJCT Digicom may assist in filing a BBPS reversal claim.
No manual refunds or cash equivalents will be issued by OJCT Digicom.
OJCT Digicom is not liable for delays, failures, or mismatches caused by banks, BBPS, or network issues.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect Wallet ID or vehicle number entry.
OJCT Digicom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including toll penalties due to recharge failures.
The total aggregate liability of OJCT Digicom shall not exceed the transaction amount for the disputed recharge.
Disputes must be raised with OJCT Digicom support within 3 working days of the transaction.
We will coordinate with BBPS for resolution based on issuing bank feedback.
You agree to provide complete and accurate information to support resolution.
Resolution timelines may vary based on BBPS or bank responsiveness.
You agree not to use the platform for unauthorized, illegal, or fraudulent purposes.
You shall not attempt to disrupt the platform, introduce malware, or access secured areas unlawfully.
You agree to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws.
OJCT Digicom may report unlawful behavior to relevant authorities.
We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability; however, downtime may occur due to maintenance or external outages.
OJCT Digicom reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature without prior notice.
Downtime caused by BBPS or bank networks is beyond our control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from downtime.
All content, branding, trademarks, design elements, and source code are the intellectual property of OJCT Digicom.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Users may not reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform for commercial purposes.
OJCT Digicom may suspend or terminate access for any user violating these Terms.
Termination may occur due to fraud, technical abuse, or misuse of the BBPS interface.
Upon termination, access to services or historical data may be restricted.
Repeated or intentional misuse may result in permanent blacklisting and notification to BBPS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OJCT Digicom, its officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from:
Your misuse of the platform
Your breach of these Terms
Violations of applicable law or third-party rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction for all disputes lies with the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Any claim under these Terms must be filed within 12 months of the cause of action.
