Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy

At OJCT Digicom, we offer a FASTag recharge platform that operates exclusively via the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS), enabling users to recharge FASTags issued by any BBPS-participating bank. As this service involves prepaid digital transactions, all payments made through our platform are considered final. Once a recharge request is successfully submitted and processed through BBPS, it cannot be canceled or reversed by the user. We urge customers to carefully verify their FASTag wallet ID, vehicle number, recharge amount, and issuing bank before completing any payment.

Refunds are applicable only when a transaction fails during processing by BBPS or the issuing bank and the amount has been debited from the customer’s payment method. In such cases, the refund is automatically initiated by the BBPS system and credited back to the original payment source within 3–7 working days, depending on the issuing bank’s policies. OJCT Digicom does not have the authority to manually reverse, redirect, or expedite refunds. Users acknowledge that the outcome and timeline of a refund request are determined solely by BBPS and the respective FASTag issuing bank, and OJCT Digicom acts strictly as a recharge facilitator.

In situations where incorrect information (such as an incorrect vehicle number or FASTag wallet ID) is entered by the user, OJCT Digicom shall not be liable for any losses, failed credits, or delays in service. Users are advised to verify all details displayed on the screen before confirming the payment. Any recharge routed to an unintended FASTag account due to user error will not be eligible for a refund.

OJCT Digicom disclaims all liability for service delays, failed transactions, or interruptions caused by BBPS network downtime, issuing bank outages, force majeure events, or failures of third-party payment gateways. Customers may contact OJCT Digicom Support at [email protected]
